1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders Php 1500 and above. However if you wish to expedite your order within metro manila, an additional 140 or 200 will be added to your final bill regardless if you reach Php 1500. This is considered as a special request.
2. Who is your delivery service?
We have plenty of couriers depending on your location (Lazada, LBC, Ninja Van). Our courier might call you withing the day of delivery so please make sure to have your registered mobile phone nearby in case they call. Our delivery service cannot promise a time period since they follow a route sheet within your area. Please bear with us.
3. How many times will they deliver my product?
Our delivery partner will attempt 2-3x before considering your order as cancelled. Once failed, your address and name may be included in the blacklist of COD.
4. How do I track my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your order updates, provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take more than 10 days.
5. I was delivered the wrong item.
